We store over 70 boats / campers / motorhomes / jet skis / vehicles in the summertime with anytime access, plus 20 to 30 boat trailers.

OPTION #3 - MILLER
South Facility
Building Name: Miller
Summertime / Warm Season Storage
Indoor Fully Enclosed
Anytime Access
$135 a month for an approximately 12ft wide and 55ft long parking spot along one of the two walls with any time access in a shared communal area. Minimum 6 months of storage from April 15th through October 14th.
Both ends of the building feature 14 feet tall doors where you pull in one end, drive into your parking spot and then drive out the other end doors. There is a 12 ft wide road down the middle of the building.
The building features 14 feet tall doors, keypad entry doors, 16 security cameras, an alarm system, and monthly pest control.
OPTION #4 - MONICA
North Facility

Optionally available for winter storage also
$85 a month for an approximately 12ft wide and 45ft deep parking spot back-in parking spot with any time access. Minimum 6 months of storage from April 15th through October 14th. The building is a half-moon-shaped Quonset hut with a concrete floor with 4 parking spots on each end. Center spots are approximately 20 feet tall and outside spots are 10 to 12 feet tall. Building is in a locked/gated compound.

The location is 4.2 miles and about 7 minutes from the Lick Fork boat ramp next to Hoosier Hills Marina.
The location is 6.7 miles and about 8 minutes from the Patoka Station / Dillard Road in Wickliffe.

OPTION #10 - ANTON
North Facility

15ft wide parking spot, 30ft deep at approximately 11-12 feet tall (depending on the bay), then 15 more feet deep with a sloped roof
Height Limited to About 11.5ft
$110 a month, minimum 6 months by season Summer from April 15th to October 14th
This building offers excellent protection from weather events coming from all typical directions (except east) and will get a little morning east sun. The generously sized parking spot will allow you to store other items in the space. This building have 15 side-by-side parking spots with no dividers between them.
This is an open-sided building. Wild birds can enter, sit on top of any item, and leave their pretty presents behind. A ceiling prevents birds from building nests above most of the parkable space.

Customers are required to sign a contract, deliver contact information, provide proof of insurance and payment before they are allowed to store their property on-site.
